The company offers anisotropic conductive films, anti-reflection film, optical elastic resins, industrial adhesive tapes, secondary protection fuse, opto semiconductor elements, optical and opto sensors and optical communication-use devices, inorganic waveplates and polarizers, sputtering targets, eye shield material for medical, double and single coated tapes, inorganic optical components, UV curable resins for optical disks, sputtering targets, as well as anti-fog and stain-resistant solution, and leak repair products through Infra-Aid brand, as well as optical semiconductors. Its products are used in various applications, such as television, note and tablet PC, smartphones, automobiles, optical communication, factory automation, currency validation, medical and healthcare, and analyzers and measuring equipment. The company was formerly known as Sony Chemical & Information Device Corporation and changed its name to Dexerials Corporation in September 2012. Dexerials Corporation was founded in 1962 and is headquartered in Tochigi, Japan.
